These Terms & Conditions explain how Holistic Divine Alignment provides its services and what you can expect when you book a session.

By booking a session with Holistic Divine Alignment, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to them.

We want the experience to feel straightforward, respectful and comfortable, so if there is anything you are unsure about, please get in touch before making a booking.

1. About Holistic Divine Alignment

Holistic Divine Alignment provides spiritual and holistic services intended to support personal reflection, spiritual exploration, relaxation and wellbeing.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

Psychic and intuitive readings
Mediumship
Card readings
Reiki
Spiritual healing
Transgenerational healing
Celestial healing
Remote and online spiritual sessions
Other spiritual or holistic services described on the website

The particular services available, their duration and their prices will be explained on the website or at the time of booking.

2. The nature of our services

Holistic Divine Alignment provides spiritual and holistic services based on spiritual, intuitive and complementary practices.

These services are offered for personal, spiritual, reflective and wellbeing purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or other specialist advice.

Holistic Divine Alignment does not diagnose medical or mental-health conditions, prescribe medication, or claim to prevent, treat or cure illness or disease.

If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, you should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

If you are receiving medical or psychological treatment, you should continue to follow the advice and treatment provided by your qualified healthcare professional.

Nothing discussed during a session should be understood as a medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychological diagnosis or professional advice.

3. Personal choice and responsibility

You remain responsible for your own choices, decisions and actions before, during and after a session.

A spiritual, psychic, mediumship, card-reading or healing session may offer insight, reflection or a different perspective, but no particular outcome can be guaranteed.

Information received during a reading or spiritual session should be considered in the context in which it is given and should not be treated as a certainty about future events or as a substitute for your own judgement.

You should not make significant medical, financial, legal or other life-changing decisions solely on the basis of information received during a spiritual or holistic session.

4. No guaranteed outcome

Every person’s experience of spiritual and holistic work is individual.

Holistic Divine Alignment cannot guarantee that a particular result, experience, feeling, healing response, spiritual connection, message or outcome will occur.

For mediumship and psychic work in particular, information received during a session may be interpreted differently by different people and may not always be immediately recognisable or meaningful.

This does not mean that your experience is invalid; simply that spiritual work is personal and cannot be guaranteed in the same way as a conventional professional service with a measurable outcome.

5. Booking a session

A booking request does not necessarily constitute a confirmed appointment.

Your appointment is confirmed once Holistic Divine Alignment has accepted the booking and, where applicable, payment has been received.

Details of the agreed service, date, time, duration and price will be provided at the time of booking.

Please check your booking confirmation carefully and let us know as soon as possible if any details are incorrect.

6. Payment

Payment must be made using the payment method made available at the time of booking.

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is required in advance of the session.

Prices are those displayed on the website or confirmed with you at the time of booking.

Holistic Divine Alignment reserves the right to change its prices for future bookings. Any price change will not affect a booking that has already been confirmed.

7. Cancellation and your legal rights

We understand that circumstances can change.

Where you book a service online, by email, telephone or another form of distance communication, you may have a statutory right to cancel your contract within 14 days, subject to the provisions of consumer law and any applicable exceptions.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these Terms & Conditions.

If you ask Holistic Divine Alignment to provide your session during the 14-day cancellation period, you may be asked to expressly request that the service begins before that period has expired.

Where a service has been fully performed following your express request and acknowledgement that you may lose your cancellation right once the service has been completed, the statutory cancellation right may no longer apply.

Where a service has started but has not been fully performed and you subsequently exercise a valid cancellation right, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the service already provided, where permitted by law.

These provisions are intended to operate alongside, and not override, your statutory consumer rights.

8. Cancelling or changing an appointment

If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please contact Holistic Divine Alignment as soon as possible.

Where a booking falls outside any statutory cancellation right, the following cancellation policy applies:

More than 48 hours’ notice:
You may cancel or rearrange your appointment without an additional cancellation charge.

Between 24 and 48 hours’ notice:
We will normally try to rearrange your appointment where possible. Where a refund is requested, any amount retained will be limited to a reasonable amount reflecting actual loss or costs incurred.

Less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend:
We reserve the right to retain an appropriate amount of the payment where the late cancellation or non-attendance causes a genuine loss and where doing so is fair and proportionate.

We will always take individual circumstances into account.

Nothing in this section limits or removes any cancellation or refund rights that you have under applicable consumer law.

9. If Holistic Divine Alignment needs to cancel

Occasionally, circumstances may arise which mean that your appointment needs to be cancelled or rearranged.

If Holistic Divine Alignment needs to cancel your appointment, we will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative appointment.

If an alternative appointment is not suitable, any payment made for a service that has not been provided will be refunded as appropriate.

We will not be responsible for additional costs or losses arising from a cancelled appointment where these are outside our reasonable control.

10. Late arrival

Please make every reasonable effort to attend your appointment on time.

For online appointments, please ensure that you are ready at the agreed time and that you have a suitable private environment in which to participate.

If you arrive late, the session may still need to finish at the originally agreed time so that other appointments can be honoured.

Where lateness is significant, we may need to treat the appointment as a missed session.

We will always aim to approach this reasonably and take the circumstances into account.

11. Online and remote sessions

Some services may be provided remotely using telephone, video call or another agreed method.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have:

a suitable internet or telephone connection;
the necessary device or equipment;
a quiet and private environment where appropriate; and
access to the agreed communication platform.

Holistic Divine Alignment cannot guarantee uninterrupted connectivity because internet and telecommunications services are outside our control.

If technical problems prevent a session from taking place, we will make reasonable efforts to rearrange the appointment where appropriate.

12. Confidentiality

Holistic Divine Alignment treats personal information shared during sessions with care and respect.

We will not normally disclose information you share during a private session to another person without your permission, except where we are legally required to do so or where disclosure is necessary to protect someone’s safety.

Confidentiality is also subject to the provisions of our Privacy Policy.

13. Personal information

Holistic Divine Alignment collects and uses personal information in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and our Privacy Policy.

Please be aware that information concerning a person’s health can constitute special category personal data under UK data protection law and therefore requires particular care.

We will only request information that is reasonably necessary for providing our services and managing your relationship with us.

14. Children and young people

Unless specifically agreed in advance, Holistic Divine Alignment does not provide sessions to anyone under the age of 18.

If a service is ever offered to someone under 18, appropriate parental or guardian consent and any additional safeguarding requirements will apply.

15. Right to decline or end a session

Holistic Divine Alignment reserves the right to decline a booking or end a session where there is a reasonable concern that continuing would be inappropriate, unsafe or contrary to the wellbeing of either the client or practitioner.

This may include situations involving abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour.

Where a session is ended by Holistic Divine Alignment, any refund will be considered fairly according to the circumstances and any applicable consumer rights.

16. Respectful behaviour

We want Holistic Divine Alignment to be a safe, respectful and welcoming space.

Clients are expected to communicate respectfully with the practitioner.

Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing or sexually inappropriate behaviour will not be accepted.

Where such behaviour occurs, the session may be ended immediately.

17. Emergencies and crisis situations

Holistic Divine Alignment is not an emergency, crisis or medical service.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, are at immediate risk of harm, or believe that you or somebody else is in immediate danger, please contact the appropriate emergency or crisis service rather than relying on Holistic Divine Alignment.

Similarly, if you are experiencing significant mental-health difficulties, please seek support from an appropriately qualified healthcare or mental-health professional.

18. Spiritual and mediumship readings

Psychic readings, mediumship and card readings are matters of spiritual and personal interpretation.

They are not presented as guaranteed predictions of future events.

Information received during a reading may relate to the past, present or possible future and may be symbolic, intuitive or open to interpretation.

Holistic Divine Alignment cannot guarantee that every message, person, event or detail discussed during a reading will be recognised or subsequently verified.

Clients remain responsible for how they interpret and act upon information received.

19. Spiritual and holistic healing

Spiritual, Reiki, transgenerational, celestial and other holistic healing practices are complementary practices.

They are not intended to replace medical diagnosis, treatment or other professional healthcare.

No guarantee is made that a particular physical, emotional, psychological or spiritual outcome will occur.

Where appropriate, clients should continue with any treatment or support recommended by their qualified healthcare professionals.

20. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of the Holistic Divine Alignment website, including written material, images, branding, logos and original resources, belongs to Holistic Divine Alignment or is used with appropriate permission.

You may access and use the website for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.

21. Website information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information published on the Holistic Divine Alignment website is accurate and up to date.

However, spiritual and holistic services are personal in nature and descriptions of services should not be interpreted as guarantees of particular results.

We reserve the right to update website content, services and prices where necessary.

22. Events outside our reasonable control

Holistic Divine Alignment will not be responsible for failure or delay in providing a service where this is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

This may include serious illness, bereavement, power or telecommunications failures, internet outages, natural events, government restrictions or other circumstances that could not reasonably have been prevented.

Where reasonably possible, we will contact you and arrange an alternative appointment.

23. Complaints

We genuinely want clients to feel comfortable raising any concerns.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your experience, please contact Holistic Divine Alignment as soon as reasonably possible and explain what has happened.

We will listen to your concerns and make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter fairly.

Making a complaint will not affect any statutory rights you may have.

24. Our liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to the above, Holistic Divine Alignment is not responsible for decisions, actions or outcomes arising from a client’s interpretation or use of information received during a spiritual or holistic session.

25. Changes to these Terms & Conditions

We may occasionally update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes to our services, business practices or applicable legal requirements.

The version applicable to your booking will normally be the version in force when your booking is confirmed, unless a change is required by law.

The current version will be published on the Holistic Divine Alignment website.

26. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer to bring proceedings elsewhere.
